GTP Forums – Shortcut keys in GT4
Some great shortcut keys. There are some others mentioned in the post, but these are the ones I’m most interested in.
- Main Screen
- L1 jumps to home.
- R1 jumps to country of car you are in.
- L3 pauses scrolling at bottom
- In Home:
- Start goes to car settings.
- Replay:
- L3 fast-forward through replay. Press again to return to normal display.
- In Pits:
- Press x to stop refueling. Saves time if only want a little fuel.
- While racing:
- Using Driving Force Pro, d-pad allows for looking around. Down – behind. Left – look left. Right – look right.
- When using Driving Force Pro:
- Select + R3 + Right paddle alternates between 900 and 200 degree steering
- Select + R3 + Left paddle alternates between 100% and 60% force feedback. Left LED flashes twice for 100% and once for 60%.
- Licence Test:
- R3 during various tests in B and A licences shows racing line. Blue for accelerate, White for coast and Red for breaking. The darker the colour, the harder you need to accelerate/brake.
- Can turn ghost car off/on with up on d-pad. Sometimes the ghost blocks your view of the track, so can temporarily have him go away.
